Designing and building your own home can be overwhelming but extremely rewarding. This event is designed to make you feel comfortable by talking with experts in the building and remodeling space in person, instead of over the phone or email. Here, you can meet with over 45 different professionals that are needed during all phases of home-building, construction, and remodeling. Additionally, you'll have a chance to see popular design ideas, trends, and the latest products coming in 2023. Not only will you have the opportunity to ask questions, but you also have a chance to win prizes from vendors. A few examples of vendors can be found below:

A special guest appearance by Melinda Myers will take place from 1-3pm on Saturday, 2/4. She has over 30 years of experience in the Horticultural field and is nicknamed the "Plant Doctor". After her presentation: Low Maintenance, Big Impact Perennial Gardens, she will conduct a question-and-answer session followed by a book signing.
